RLBT400 Amplified In-ceiling Speakers with Bluetooth® Connectivity
Resi-Linx® introduced us to the RL-BT510 ceiling speaker some 5 years ago. It was a first of its kind in the marketplace. The RL-BT510 offered great sound with the convenience of being able to rename the Bluetooth® source from a Windows PC. That means that many pairs of Bluetooth® speakers could be installed throughout the job, each uniquely distinguishable by a custom ID. From the client's phone or tablet, they could identify 'kitchen', 'deck' or 'bedroom'.
The RLBT400 is powered by the same 8W Bluetooth® amplifieras the RL-BT510, however the Earthquake ECS4.0 is a serious improvement in sound quality. The ECS4.0 has a surprising amount of grunt (50W peak power) for a small speaker, while being quite efficient. The RLBT400 will happily fill small to medium sized rooms with quality audio.
