Price Match Guarantee

Our price match policy applies to any lower price on an identical item that is in-stock and available for delivery or collection on the same day from a competitor’s online or physical store in Australia. It applies where our competitor’s price (including GST and delivery charges), is lower than our price.

To enquire about price matching, simply come in-store or give us a call on (03) 9321 8300 with the details. It can either be a clipping from a catalogue, a screenshot on your phone or a website link.

Price matching is dependent on the conditions outlined below. 

What is included?

Our guarantee applies to all identical products that are:

1. Currently available in stock at Radio Parts
2. Is in stock and immediately available from the competitor
3. Not part of the exclusion list below

What is excluded?

1. Cashback or coupon offers (ie. offers that require a promotional code to be entered)
2. Trade and quantity pricing
   If you are a retail customer with Radio Parts and find a cheaper price offered for a commercial quantity or at a trade price discount with the competitor, we cannot offer price matching.
3. Stock liquidations, clearance sales

Other terms

• We reserve the right to limit the price matched quantity available for sale
• When price matching online items, we will take into account any delivery or other applicable charges (eg. surcharges)
