BLUSTREAM Price Match Policy

Our Blustream price match policy applies to any lower price on an identical Blustream item that is in-stock and available for delivery or collection on the same day from a competitor’s online or physical store in Australia. It applies where our competitor’s price (including GST and delivery charges), is lower than our price.

Our guarantee applies to all identical products that are:

• Stocked at Radio Parts
• In stock at our competitor; and
• Not excluded from the Blustream Price match policy (see below)

Exclusions:

• Cashback and coupon offers (i.e. supplier cashback or reduced-price available via paper coupon or electronic discount code)
• Commercial quantities and pricing (i.e. a competitors trade price that’s not available to the public)
• Stock liquidations (i.e. competitor clearance products or goods sold by a business placed into receivership)

Definitions:

• “A lower price” refers to any lower online ‘Retail’ price easily accessible, ready to ship (e.g. Stock on hand) to anywhere in Australia from an Australian business.
  This reference price must be current, viewable online and again our competitor must have stock on hand and be a be an authorised ‘Blustream’ dealer
• “We’ll be it by 5%” promotion only applies to a competitor’s retail price on one or more ‘Blustream’ product/s.
  Proof of Price and availability for an identical ‘Blustream’ product must be presented to a Radio Parts Sales team member
• Radio Parts general price matching policy may apply to ‘Blustream’ items sold at “trade” price, tier or quantity break priced items like for like.
  These non-retail cases are not applicable to the Radio Parts "We’ll beat it by 5%” Blustream promotion
