Position

For 90 years Radio Parts has been passionate about electronics. We also have a passion for developing great people. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. If you are interested in electronics and enthusiastic about accounts, this position is Full-Time (40 hrs per week) or Part-Time (32 hrs per week).

Accounts Receivable Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including reconciling payments, processing credit card payments and refunds.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding debts in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve account discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments and returns.
• Prepare and distribute accurate monthly statements and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure billing accuracy and address client concerns.
• Assist in process improvements to enhance the efficiency of accounts receivable operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Set up new customers after evaluating terms of credit for new clients and review existing credit terms.
• Handle collection calls and emails.
• Assist with setting up payment plans.

• Perform other ad-hoc accounting tasks.

Your Experience and Qualities:

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
