Showroom Sales and Customer Service Representative Position
Since 1935 Radio Parts has always been passionate about electronics. We also have a passion for developing great people. Our fun and diverse team require new sales driven Customer Service Representatives. If you are enthusiastic about all things technology and electronics, there are Full-Time (40 hrs per week) positions available.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Achieving set sales targets and KPI’s
- Attending to customer queries on inbound calls, email and Zendesk
- Collaborating with other departments to problem solve and create flow for new ideas
- Invoicing Sales Quotes/Processing sales/refunds and payments
- Building and maintaining relationships with our customers and suppliers
Your Experience and Qualities:
Proven ability and drive to achieve set sales targets and KPIs
Outstanding communication skills in all areas including phone, email and in person
A passion for building customer relationships both new and old
Positive attitude to teamwork and the ability to build relationships with employees of all departments
Being able to work independently
Customer service experience essential
Working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central desirable
Background interest in electronics and technology preferred but not essential

Salary
$50 000 - $60 000 per year + 11% Super contribution atop your salary-
